Shipping Info
Orders usually ship within 48 hours and proceed during business weekdays. If for any chance your item is not in stock, we will contact you and ship your item as soon as it’s back on stock. Most orders arrive 5-7 business days, since we ship from Maui, Hawaii. During busy holiday season, it may take as lon gas 2 weeks.


We charge $35 for each wing foils within the United States.
We charge $300 for each board within the United States.
We currently do not offer shipping to Canada and internationally.

We also offer “Maui only local pickup” on the island of Maui, Hawaii. I will be available to meet in Kahului or Kanaha Beach. After your purchase we will arrange a time and location to meet.

Change or cancel order
Contact us immediately to cancel or change order. We can only cancel or change your order if product has not yet been shipped. For immediate contact, please call 808-283-7883. If not available, please leave voicemail and email foilingmaui@gmail.com with your order number, name of purchase, and details.

Sale or used gear items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or used gear items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product that has been used beyond opening product will not be eligible for return. Any new gear that has been used or tested is not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover handling expenses. Foiling Maui is not responsible for any loss or damage upon return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or that shipping company could damage the merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
